Restaurant Bar & Grill presents the 26 collection

Restaurant Bar & Grill in Leeds has unveiled an all-new menu that celebrates the finest flavours from land and sea with a curated fusion of global cuisine.

Celebrating the very best of the season, the menu pairs much-loved classics with modern touches that bring fresh energy to every dish. The 26 Collection offers a specially selected starter and main for £26, delivering standout dining at exceptional value. Even better, birthday guests can enjoy The 26 Collection complimentary when dining with friends or family.

The offer also features selections from Restaurant Bar & Grill’s newly introduced Lighter Bites menu, thoughtfully created for smaller appetites, without sacrificing flavour or finesse.

Throughout February, those celebrating a birthday can dine free at all Restaurant Bar & Grill venues. The birthday guest may enjoy two courses from The 26 Collection for lunch or dinner, any day of the week, turning the celebration into something truly special.

Starters from The 26 Collection include the Miso Roast Leeks from the Lighter Bites range, a refined blend of miso and chive salsa, toasted walnuts, and sesame with delicate purple shiso dressing. For a richer option, Korean Fried Chicken is served with a bold sesame and gochujang soy sauce, delivering depth and warmth.

Main courses showcase elevated comfort dishes alongside contemporary favourites. Fish and Chips comes with mushy peas and house-made tartare sauce, while the Ultimate Angus Beef Burger features a beef patty layered with braised ox cheek, raclette cheese, crisp hash brown, caramelised onions and spicy burger sauce in a brioche bun, served with golden fries. A Vegan Cottage Pie completes the line-up, made with slow-cooked seasonal vegetables and mushrooms, topped with creamy mashed potato and sage-and-onion crisps.

To enjoy the complimentary birthday meal, the celebrant must dine from The 26 Collection. Other guests are welcome to order from the full menu. The offer is available on bookings of four or more and runs until 31st March.
