Sardinian Flavours Arrive in Leeds with Domo’s New Opening

The award-winning restaurant Domo, which has been delighting diners in Sheffield since 2019, is due to launch in Leeds, bringing a taste of Sardinia. With their passion for traditional Sardinian food, co-owners Sarah Elliott-Busceddu and Raffaele Busceddu are transforming Tower Works into a 2,841-square-foot canal-side venue that can accommodate 95 diners, including 25 outside.

With foods that are rarely found outside of the island and are prepared exclusively in-house, Domo Leeds promises rustic, authentic tastes. The restaurant will promote itself as an all-day destination for South Bank residents and tourists by providing weekend brunches and a daily lunch menu with takeaway choices in addition to its main cuisine.

With hand-woven baskets, carved Mamoiada masks, artwork by local artists, and a striking mural honouring the island's culture, the 93-foot interior design showcases Sardinian craftsmanship. The open kitchen, custom tables with real tiles, and a gorgeous circular cocktail bar with a view of the canal are all available to guests.

In the spring of 2026, Domo Leeds is anticipated to open, providing the city with a new and genuine experience of Sardinia.
